Au Temps des Bastides guarantees the price fixed in the contract during the full length of the building work, unless, of course, you order additional work.
In the event of the non-application of the suspensive conditions of the contract (loan or planning permission refused) thanks to this guarantee you will be able to recover any payments already made.
Thanks to this guarantee, you benefit from insurance cover for the completion of your building work in the event of the bankruptcy of our company (Law, dated 19 May 1995).

Au Temps des Bastides undertakes to deliver your house inside the deadline defined in the building contract.
Builder's liability cover
Au Temps des Bastides undertakes to take out a builder’s liability cover in your name, in application of the legislation dated 4 January 1978 and its decrees. Contracted before the building work starts, this insurance covers you for a 10-year period for the payment of any work needed to repair damage to the elements inherent to the construction, covered by ten-year insurance, before even identifying who is responsible for the recorded damages.
Perfect completion guarantee
The terms of this guarantee are that Au Temps des Baastides is responsible for any work required to remedy any “disorder” that should be revealed in the year following the reception of your house.
Ten-year insurance cover
This guarantee covers all hidden defects in the shell, foundations, walls, roof structure, roofing, flooring, plastering and facades for a ten-year period (article 1792 and 2270 of the Civil Code).
