The planning permission file is composed of graphic and administrative documents. The graphic documents, such as the site plan, level drawings, elevations, cross sections and landscape plans provide information about the overall volume of the house and its position with regards to the site. They must respect town planning regulations (POS (land use plan), PLU (local urbansim plan), etc.) Administrative documents, such as sanitary documents, piped water supply, road authorizations, site clearance, etc. are sent to the Town Hall to be consulted by the different departments concerned. ATB provides all the graphic and administrative services in order to obtain planning permission as quickly as possible. They also carry out the formal registration of the request for planning permision and follow up on administrative documents. ![]() ![]() ![]()
