The preliminary design starts following a meeting with the customer and a visit to the plot. After this phase of exploration and dialogue, ATB suggests a preliminary design respecting the customer’s sensitivities, enhancing the strengths of the site (view,  access, slopes, etc.) and taking into account their development and their budget.

This preliminary project comprises a site plan, level plans with total floor areas and perspectives estimating the overall volume of the house.  These are supported by an approximative cost analysis. This first proposal can, of course, be modified and improved.
